Why is this seller's feedback so low?
We accept both Checks and Paypal. To be eligable to leave feedback for our site, the buyer needs to pay through Paypal. So if my feedback is low, that reflects that many of my customers paid with checks or money orders. If you would like to review my feeback at an auction site, at eBay we use seller name: TOYTOWNokc. The positive feedback is currently over 2,300.

How soon do I have to pay for the merchandise?
Send payment within 10 days thru paypal or mail a check. Notify us of any delay in payment. Merchandise will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Do you ship outside the USA?
YES, we ship to Canada and Overseas. If your shipping charge is not listed, email us for a quote. Buyers from Canada and Overseas are to pay thru Paypal. Email us if you need to make other payment arrangements.

Do you combine shipping on more than one item.
YES, we will combine shipping when you purchase more than one item. If you would like a quote before you make your purchases, send us an email describing the items.

Can merchandise be returned?
It can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. We only refund the amount of the purchase on the invoice. We do not refund your shipping expense in returning the item. If you paid by check - we will refund by check. If you paid thru paypal - a refund will be made to your paypal account.
